A Message from David:

I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I have gone to our city's public schools, worshiped in our city's churches, fought crime as a local prosecutor, served in our nation's military, and worked alongside many of you to make our city a better place to live, work, and raise a family.

I love this city, and have benefited so much from all it has given me. Now it's my turn to help our residents and future generations. I am ready to serve. I have fresh ideas and a lot of energy.

Philadelphia has all the attributes necessary to be a world class city with plenty of good jobs, great neighborhoods, excellent schools, safe streets, thriving businesses, and low taxes. City government must lead the way by implementing policies and programs that will initiate our City's rebirth. As your City Councilman At-Large, I will work hard to make sure we are doing just that!
